Challenge 

Recruiting qualified research participants, such as office workers and IT professionals, to test software and new devices for a leading manufacturer of multifunction printers.

Solution 

For the last 20 years and counting, we have successfully recruited, targeted, screened, scheduled, and confirmed participants for on-site usability testing. In the early years, finding office workers with the right skill set involved cold calling and emailing. However, since the 2000s and 2010s, our outreach methods have evolved. While cold calling and direct emailing remain part of the process, the majority of recruitment now takes place through online forms and social media platforms.

 

What has remained consistent is our commitment to thoroughly vetting each participant through phone screening to verify their identity and ensure they possess the skills necessary for the specific usability test.
